1. Refunds are only allowed within a 24hrs period of the scheduled pick-up time.

  2. Refunds can only be made at the original purchase store.

  3. Refunds are only allowed for unusable product due to damage and/or product spoilage.

  4. All products must be returned unused for a valid refund.


  1. Customers must log into their account and locate the order placed within 24 hours of the current time.

  2. The customer must highlight/select each individual item for return.

  3. The customer must select one of the two refundable reasons for return.

  4. Next, the customer must take the product into the original store of purchase for verification and approval of reason for return.

  5. If approved, a credit will be placed on your account for use at a later date with that store only.
